Sunsetronics.com (2002-08)

An e-commerce business I started in college with a few friends. We realized the potential of niche-markets on the internet after the industry boom. Utilizing key relationships through the supply chain to establish exclusive rights to sell on certain manufacturers new to the market Sunsetronics was a highly-rated website by Car Audio magazines routinely.  Some of the key components to success for Sunsetronics were the user-interface, SEO, marketing relationships, exclusive contracts with manufacturers, customer service, Just-in-Time Inventory and sales management.

Liberty Tax Service Hawthorne (2007-12)

Going the franchise route this time around turned out to be more challenging than I originally thought.  Determining key market characteristics while in the middle of the tax season meant very responsive marketing techniques. Utilizing word-of-mouth, incentive-based campaigning was a major driver but ensuring the highest customer service only perpetuated growth. Now in our fourth tax season we've expanded services into bookkeeping for small business.CLICK HERE for our Facebook Page. You can also follow us on Twitter: www.twitter.com/libertytax4856
